With over 20 years as a real estate professional, Dawn brings a wealth of experience and knowledge that allows her to provide exceptional service tailored specifically to each and every one of her clients. With five years spent as a building and safety inspector; new home community sales management in multiple luxury developments; and her work with an asset management team, she is ready to help you with all of your real estate needs.
As a seller, she will develop a listing and marketing plan that showcases your home; negotiate offers; and ensure a smooth closing process. As a buyer, Dawn will work with you to find your ideal property based on your individual needs, requirements, and financial situation. Dawn is a Certified Home Sales Professional (CSP); a Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR); and has an Institute of Residential Marketing (IRM) designation with the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).
